Logs and hosting
Netlify and similar infrastructure record IP addresses, user agents, and request paths as part of running a website. Those logs exist to keep the site up and to debug abuse. We do not use them to build a tourist profile we then sell. CDN analytics, if enabled by the host, are aggregate.
A message you send is a message we read. We keep it as long as the correction or question remains useful, then we do not need it. Do not send passports, card numbers, or medical files to the editorial inbox. We will not book a tour with them anyway.
